Maintenance note
Stale URLs inside a sugargoo spreadsheet
Any sugargoo spreadsheet that stays online long enough will accumulate dead links. Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 sellers constantly rotate stock, rename listings, or kill pages after a drop sells out.
Why stale rows appear
A listing might vanish for an hour or forever. Sometimes the SKU returns under a new URL with a tweaked batch. Other times the product simply exits the seller’s catalog.
- Flash sales can pull pages offline the moment inventory clears.
- Spreadsheet rows may lag a few refresh cycles behind reality.
- Better alternatives can obsolete an older note without warning.
How we maintain the sheet
We sweep lanes on a rolling schedule: flagging rows, swapping in fresher URLs, or deleting noise. Priority goes to categories with the highest traffic in the sugargoo spreadsheet hub.
Buyer playbook
- Click the marketplace link yourself before you paste into Sugargoo.
- If it 404s, search the same lane for a replacement batch.
- Ping Discord with the row ID so we can triage faster.
- Never push a broken link into an order—Sugargoo cannot fix a missing seller page.
Mindset
Treat the sugargoo spreadsheet as a living menu, not a museum exhibit. Links age, but the workflow stays the same: verify, then order.
Jump to the live hub for the freshest grid, or ask in Discord when you are unsure whether a row is still current.
