Storage timers in warehouse
After domestic delivery, your item sits in Sugargoo storage until you ship internationally. A free storage window applies—check Sugargoo’s latest policy for the exact hour count.
- Ship or consolidate before paid storage kicks in.
- Abandoned parcels may be discarded per policy—set calendar reminders.
Tip: combine only after QC passes—no point merging items you might reject.
Tracking gaps
International tracking often pauses: airline backlogs, customs queues, or last-mile partners that batch-scan packages.
- Compare the stall length against the carrier’s SLA for that line.
- Customs can sit on parcels without updates—patience plus documentation.
- Escalate through Sugargoo if you blow past the quoted window.
Estimated vs rehearsed weight
Quotes often use estimated weight before rehearsal. After packing, actual weight (and sometimes volumetric weight) sets final postage.
